Also, if you go to attached devices in your netgear router does the
player up address show up.

My modem is an Xfinity combination modem/router. I have enabled the
bridge mode so that I am not using the Xfinity router, just using the
Netgear nighthawk.
This has changed the shares on
so far share is holding ok. Will add a touch into the game and see what
happens.
