Hello!
I am using a Pi 3B+ with the 7" Display, a Hifiberry DAC+ Pro and an
USB SSD in a SmartiPi Case with piCorePlayer and activated LMS, so I
have everything in one case.
I am interested in putting the LMS outside of this onto a Pi 4B/4GB with
the USB SSD attached there.
The Pi3B+ is only

So they are! Thank you - that's a start.

Sounds like something is not getting backed up, I'll have to check the
pairing process to make sure an automatic backup is being done.
After you pair, I would press the save button in that table
once...that will for sure run a backup.

The connect button is not available after reboot PCP. The message "No
Paired Device" in the device pairing section is visible.

Thank you for your fast response!
I realise I wasn't clear enough though...
I have the keyboard "shortcuts" / "commands" mapped to my universal
remote using Flirc and the keymap you linked to.
It works perfectly well, but
piCorePlayer, is purely focused on the LMS ecosystem.. I have
no reason to run others, so I don't spend time to develop (Not that I
have extra time to kill either :)

Thanks chill. That was it. Changed time from 2 to 4 seconds and now all
works as expected.

on behind the scenes.
I have not had time to look inside their scripts to see all that they do
(and I don't have the hardware to experiment with)

Unfortunately not. I could simply re-route the button to another unused
GPIO pin, but the board is far too delicate for me to attempt it.
You can try Raspbian OS, install LMS and Squeezelite then

I run Raspbian Desktop OS with LMS, Squieezelite, a seperate
Spotify-Connect, so it might just work (I'm thinking, not at the same
time :) ).
I have tried the jriver stuff on a

Thanks. applied the hotfix and it shows as successfully applied. But no
change in problem. After a SHUTDOWN, USB drive doesn't mount. But
following that with a REBOOT, the USB
It sounds like the USB disk might be a little slow to start up: maybe
the difference is that when you reboot it's already running.
There's a 'usb wait' setting somewhere in pCP (I'm not at home so can't
check exactly where), and the default is, I think, a couple of seconds.
It might be enough
If you haven't already, try applying the "hotfix" ? (from the Main page
tab)

Thanks.
No, USB drive is connected directly to rPi. I'm using the same model
powersupply to run this rPi as my other two (both 3B+).
I had something similar when my RPi was not getting sufficient
power/volts to run it and the USB drive. Is your drive on a powered hub?

I have tried your procedure without success. When i restart squeezelite,
the Headphone connection is restored. When PCP ist rebootet and after
this the Headphone is powered on,
the Headphone is trying to connect with PCP without success (the
Headphone is telling me that). My Headphone is a Bose
Power cycle the headphones after starting pCP.pCP is set to allow
any paired device to automatically connect, so the connection is driven
from the Bluetooth device.

My Bose Headphone is successfully connected to PCP. If PCP is restartet
after pairing, the Headphone is not reconnected. Any help?
