64 bit comes with more memory overhead. But I guess you need to gage performance for yourself. Most will find 32bit very adequate, and it still receives much more testing from RPi's side too. piCorePlayer a small player for the Raspberry Pi in RAM. Homepage:

Got my Zero-2W, With the 32 bit pCP8 image, the only thing I had to update is the config.txt, and add netusb to the boot partition. Networking worked fine. The 64bit image requires a bit more to get it to boot. I'm in the process of building kernels and doing some testing. piCorePlayer a
