Hello,
Do any of the solutions that auto switch between the different now

There seems to be several applets with similar functionality

Thanks!

I am brand new to the picoreplayer and maybe I missed some steps.
If I install superdatetime plugin for example I see it in the extras
menu, but not as a screensaver.
I added custom clock helper, and I have the license manager from back in
the day, but it does not appear on the picoreplayer.

Great that it's working for you!
Usually running latest beta LMS nightly on Raspberry Pi OS with virtual
players (Squeezelite and Airplay bridge). Occasionally using SB Radio,
Boom or Classic.

Thanks Paul - as far as I can tell, when LMS does get the 'play'
command, all goes as it should and the music plays. Sorry for my poor
choice of subject for the post. The challenge is getting as far as the
play command.

keep having the following problem.
LMS randomly stops playing part way through a song.
(FYI. It is a different song at a different time, within a loaded
playlist).
The only way I can then get it to play is by rebooti

Squeezeplay uses libflac-1.2.1 for flac support. While this version is
mentioned to be able to handle 24-bit encoded I have in fact never been
able to play any 24-bit encoded flac file on any of my Squeezebox

I'm having trouble playing 20-bit flacs with piCorePlayer 8.2.0 running
on a raspberry pi 3 with a HiFiBerry DIGI2 Pro hooked up to a Cambridge

different HiFiBerry Digi.
As a test, I tried and was able to get these tracks to play

I was "busy doin' nothing" this morning so installed the 32 bit
raspberry PIOS Bullseye Lite on a sd card.
I used the raspberry pi Imager Tool to download, preconfigure for SSH
and make the image.
I left the username at pi and used the old, now deprecated, password of
