That would be amazing, thanks. I'll DM you.

Thanks @bluetdi for the knowledge that a "saver
Hi there,
Currently using Jivelite + PcP on a RPi 7" touchscreen as a now playing
screen and clock in my dining room.
I currently have the "screensaver when off" as a clock, but I would like
to turn the screen backlight off as per a schedule.
The best way I can think is to set the "screensaver

Just upgraded to piCorePLayer v5.
I use my screen as a digital photo frame to display several thousand
photos.
So every time I upgrade pcp, I have to go in and edit Jivelite to allow

I just tried doing my usual edits, but upon reboot I receive the

Does anyone have any experience/knowledge that can help me out in

Cheers.

Ok I thought I'd have a go at it, but I haven't had much luck.
I started by doing the following (as per this post

Code:

Ok I'm trying it out now, but am a bit confused to how I know which
value from evtest to put into InputToActionMap.lua
evtest returned the following (my remote appears as two devices, so here
it is for both event1 and event2):
event1:

I've updated the link now, thanks.

Ok, so now my next task is to get the buttons on my OSMC remote to work
properly.
I have this remote: https://osmc.tv/store/product/osmc-remote-control/
(sort of: I have the version with seek buttons down the bottom instead
of volume)
In Jivelite, the remote buttons work, but a lot of them

I group series of compilations together by tagging them as having an

Excellent - just the info I was looking for. Thanks!

One more thing: the performance in Jivelite is a little laggy on the RPi
Zero.
I upped the gpumem in config.txt to 128, but do you think I might have
been better off overclocking?
Just looking for your informed opinion here on which of the two would
yield me better results.
Thanks again.

Hi there,
I've been a long time PCP user with various RPi over the years.
My primary player is a RPi2 with a 7" touch screen (running JiveLite)
and an IQAudio DAC+. It's a tip-top setup.
Today I thought of a good project for a spare RPi Zero (v1.2) that I
have lying around: I thought I'd
I upgraded to PCP 3.20 (audio version) today from 3.11, removing the SD,
flashing it in my PC, and setting up from scratch again.
I have a RPI2 with IQAudio DAC+ and a official 7" touch screen (original
version without dimming).
I have the screensaver set to 'Display off' when the player is

Ah yes, of course. Maybe send 'em an email?

Hi all,
I was wondering if it was possible to modify the Now Playing screen on
the joggler skin to only show the current track's 'artist' field, rather
than the 'artist' and 'album artist' field - on many albums of mine, and
with the way my library is set up, it ends up showing redundant

Hello all,
Probably a noob question, but I was hoping to use my RPi with 7"
touchscreen as a digital photo frame while it's not playing music (i.e.
enabling the image viewer screensaver in JiveLite while stopped).
I have loaded my photos onto a USB drive (/photos/*.jpg) but can't
figure out how
Hello.
I have loaded up a USB drive with just under 4000 images in a single
folder, /mnt/sda1/photos and set them to run as a screen saver while my
RPi (running PiCorePlayer w/ 7" touchscreen) is paused.
These images document a recent three month trip I undertook, and I
thought it would be a

Yes, of course. I have posted it there now:
Hello. Me again.
Perhaps this isn't best asked here, but after getting the image viewer
screen saver to work on JiveLite, I loaded up a USB drive with just
under 4000 images in a single folder.

'ullo!
I just picked up a Pi Zero with a Pimoroni pHAT DAC, and was wondering
if picoreplayer runs on it? And, if so, which version do I choose?
And if not, if there are any plans to get it working on it?
Thanks so much.
