Got it, somehow the EQ was on, I turned it off I got the dropdown and

I upgraded a pi3b and I cannot get usb dac to work, I have tried 2
different dac and it recognizes both of them (fiio and hifime)
but there is no sound output through either one.
this may be separate issue, the Built-in Audio works, but if I disable
it the picoreplayer will not start
