squeezelite starts automatically on boot, but is running as root. This
was a fresh install of 6.1, though I have now updated to 7. Assume this
is from some autostart entry, but not sure where to look. thanks

pairs and connects. But I am unable to get it running in the "Player"
mode - I would like to play from the Dot to PcP.
PcP is working fine otherwise for local music, spotty etc.- through a
Allo Digione.

It's a soekris dam 1021. It would be awesome if you could add minicom to
the repo.
I don't need to connect every time. In theory I could boot into
raspbian, connect, set it up and then boot back into pcp. But the serial
connection is required for things like changing the iir filters etc. So

The Pi is connected to a DAC. The DAC firmware settings are accessed
over a serial connection.

By the way, it might be good to add a line to the first post
(instructions) that lircd is NOT "required" at all, if one is running
jivelite. Sorry if it obvious to others, but that was a bit of a aha
moment for me. Once I realized that, the rest was straight forward.
Mainly because there are

OK. Any way I can map that to a remote button?
Can I run both lircd and ir-keytables simultaneously?
My setup is working fine with jivelite and ir-keytables. Except for one
thing. How do I shutdown the raspberry pi? Can I? tried mapping
KEY_POWER (also tried KEY_I) to the appropriate key code in
/usr/local/etc/keytables/jivelite, but it doesnt seem to do anything.
I had some issues upgrading in-situ. Solved by editing
/home/tc/www/cgi-bin/pcp-functions, line 111
Code:
INSITU_DOWNLOAD="https://repo.picoreplayer.org/insitu
worked fine after that
Hi,
Thanks for PcP.
I am trying an insitu uprgade from 3.22 to 3.5.0 (Audio version)
It gets to "Succesfully downloaded insitu.cfg", but nothing happens when
I hit next after that. I get a page with the PcP banner.
Tried deleting the stage 2 files, as per an earier post, and tried
upgrading
