Have you thought of using Docker? There is a great image available now,
it's what I use on my server. As you can run docker on a PI, I would
think most thin clients would work well.

I've managed to fix my Jivelite problems, after a lot of trial and error

access the player from my LMS, but could not get the player to work with
the screen, it would not find a player or LMS.

OK, did a fresh install and still can't find either music library or
find player when installing jivelite. I can get to the settings, from
the browser, so not sure what else to try. i see you mentioned networks
before, so what exactly are you suggesting, my pi gets an ip from

Just noticed this thread, I've tried the container on Open Media Vault
(OMV) on a HP elitedesk sff through portainer using stacks. I couldn't
connect to it. I am going to try some more. But for a while I've been
using dlandon/logitechmediaserver for my server needs and it works
really well.
