hi siod, I can see what your use case is, slightly different to my initial thought. I wanted WPA to automatically activate if there was no wired ethernet and no wifi available, but we decided that the extensions required to be loaded to achieve this was to much to include in a basic

On the other hand, if you're moving to a location with a network for which you know the SSIS and password, you can add these manually to the wpa_supplicant.conf and connection is pretty seamless. I have a portable LMS server based on pCP with details of wifi networks at three locations

Hi Guys, I´ve set up picoreplayer on my Rpi 3 and everything works fine so far. What I am missing is some kind of "auto WAP"- function: whenever I am not in my home network, how could I connect to another WIFI (without attaching a LAN cable)? I know volumio has an option to initialize a WAP
