You need to make sure the bluetooth dongle is supported by linux. A
lot of them only work on Windows.

OK, so I have no problem making my Pcp 7.0 install working to a
bluetooth speaker using the internal Pi4 Bluetooth circuitry. however,
as said by many, performance/range is poor due to the shared antennae
