I am running 2x RPI2b + HifiBerry with the latest piCorePlayer on it for
years now. Works flawlessly.
I don't use LMS on it however, never tried it.
*Living Room:* RPI2+HifiBerry DAC+ Pro & piCorePlayer
*Attic:* RPI2+HifiBerry DAC+ RCA & piCorePlayer
*Other rooms:* 6x SB Radio
*LMS*: Version 8
I have a Model B, Rev 000e, running pCP v 8.0.0.

I would suggest to use the newest version on your RPI - that will give
you the best pCP with most options and fewest bugs.

Hi All,
I've got a now redundant Pi2 that I want to experiment with PiCorePlayer
on. At present I am using a really old ReadyNasDuo which is stuck at
LMS 7.80. So I'm missing out on a lot of stuff. It's slow but it does
what I need it to mostly. I'm not expecting speed increases from the
RPi2
