Hello Greg,
Thanks for the reply, indeed the default LMS port should be 9000.
Looking into when and where I must have changed it and how to change it
back to 9000.
At the moment a Windows system process is using that port, more
investigation needed.
Thanks for the help.
Russell.
Hi Russell,
AFAIK, the default LMS Web Server Port Number is 9000. If yours is 9001
then someone has changed it.
So if you don't want to change it back, you will need to edit the URL
when you click on the LMS tab, change 9000 to 9001. We don't have a
mechanism to handle non-default

My Windows LMS address for Web Control is 192.168.1.9:9001, piCoreplayer
LMS address (on the LMS tab) is 192.168.1.9:9000 when I cut and paste
it, so when I click on the LMS tab I get no response.
I have not changed

hi Arie,
That brightness control looks great!
We knew about the error, but decided that since it doesn't appear to
cause any issues, that we would proceed.
If memory serves me right, it is something about the version of caps we
had to use.

Hi sweetnothings,
I don't know and there are no plans at the moment.
When you work it out can you post back here.
Thanks
Greg
@Steen, Greg,
While testing out some ideas for an equalizer option for the
piCorePlayer applet I encountered the following amixer error when
executing amixer or a lua script from the command line:
Code:
tc@piCorePlayerHbDP:~$ sudo amixer -D equal cset numid=2 85
Attached is an updated version of the piCorePlayer applet for JiveLite
which adds an "Adjust Backlight Brightness" option for v1.1 official
Raspberry Pi displays.
This applet is tested with piCorePlayer 2.0x and a v1.0 (no real use)
and v1.1 official Raspberry Pi display connected to a Raspberry

This will be welcome as it removes the need for Wi-Fi dongle.
One thought would be if Picoreplayer could one day incorporate a
Bluetooth interface so that one could play music from say a
