I have just run a LMS update on an O2 Joggler. I have the internal Squeezeplay OS installed with LMS, the EDO Plugin and patch. There is not enough room to instal and run the update so I first -apt-get purge- then download the latest file and install. Today I got the missing -libgomp1-
