If this were my installation I would do the following:
Power off the the only-Players.
Shutdown the LMS
Delete all Players in server.prefs of the LMS
New install of the only Players
Control the network (IPs and MACs) on the command-line
Configure the only Players(Hostname/Playername)

I made 3 separate installations - no copies or backups - I flashed the
disc image onto 3 sd cards then started them up...

I understand that the mac address is set by default to the Physical MAC

I have just gone into PCP admin and restarted the squeezelite players -
they do show up and now i can see two 'patio' players - one doesn't have
an IP address;

I have previously given
Make sure you are setting the player name on the squeezelite tab.
Player name is different that host name.

Hello all
I have an issue with my players not all appearing in LMS / Daphile.
I can only see one player appear at a time but all are on the network.
They seem to be over the top of each other or switching position in some
way as sometimes I will see the 1st player
Then the 2nd then the 3rd
