A fresh install is probably your best bet.
Or try the hotfix first and then upgrade.

I have loaded jivelite today so I know it was working earlier today.
It looks like you have a network issue, either internally or the
internet is not available for some reason.
Select [ Main Page ] in [ Beta] mode > [ Diagnostics ] > [ Raspberry Pi
], scroll to bottom of page.
