[SlimDevices: Unix] Slimserver/Apache/Debian

2007-05-23 Thread Stoker
Hi Sorry if this is a daft question! I'm taking it that the slimserver install on my Debian box uses Apache as a web server for the web interface. This being the case is it possible (or sensible) to use the same Apache server to serve other web pages, i.e. would it be possible to host another

SlimServer has it's own built-in webserver and doesn't use Apache. You are free to use Apache for whatever else you'd like. There won't be any port conflicts since SlimServer uses port 9000 and Apache will typically use port 80. -- 4mula1

slimserver serves its own web pages and doesn't depend on Apache. -- jth jth's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=48 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=35523
