*Job Description* Responsibilities include: Manage a subset of activities associated with the deployment of Quarterly Releases within Customer Operations (Milestones, business readiness, training, communications, schedule, etc.). Specifically: Engage RMO PM’s, Communications and Training on Issues and Status of Quarterly Project Releases following release management methodology. Attend weekly and ad hoc meetings at the Release Level Aid in the coordination of deliverables with the RMO teams Prepare reports and generate meeting invitations and prep meeting material Point of contact with Business Integration on Release readiness plans, contingency plans and command center support plans Individual should be familiar with project life cycle, proficient in MS project, preparing and delivering presentations. Maintain process framework and relationships in accordance with RMO management Own and maintain templates and dashboard based on current business needs and prioritization for: Requester Training and Status; Leadership/Sponsor Communications; Enhancement status; Request Prioritization Ranking Drive process, communication and tool improvements resulting in improved operational metrics for the expected and actual benefits and impacts of each change deployed by IT This opportunity provides a chance to work with senior leaders in various teams and deliver meaningful changes to the organization.
