*Location: Arkansas.*

*Duration: 12+ months*

*A person with a Healthcare/Insurance background in an SOA environment is
who’d be the best fit for the project .*

Try to find* local candidates 1st then out of state candidates (as they
will interview over the phone). *

Description *(This person must be a leader!  Has to be able to lead teams
and projects as a Configuration Engineer / Release Manager for the team):*

   - Analyze product design changes and the overall impact to end product
   design and function
   - Prepare documentation for all topics of configuration management (i.e.
   design changes)
   - Develop and maintain hardware and software configuration management
   tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and
   delivery of internal Information Technology (IT) developments and
   Cúram-based projects
   - Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to
   ensure new hardware/software product operating parameters are documented,
   comply with standard hardware configurations, and are logistically
   sustainable
   - Design, develop, automate, and maintain productivity tools using
   programming database or scripting languages to improve hardware/software
   modeling and development
   - Maintain industry/technical knowledge base and facilitate/maintain
   industry relationships
   - Demonstrate commitment to providing customer-focused quality service
   - Support assigned systems with on-call availability and respond within
   agreed upon timeframes
   - Perform other duties as deemed relevant based upon experience to
   fulfill customer needs

*Responsibilities:*

   - *Three (3) or more years of demonstrated experience in configuration
   and/or build engineering or management*
   - *Significant experience managing build, configuration, and process for
   multiple teams working concurrently on large projects (at least 2 years)*
   - *Solid understanding of total life cycle configuration and build
   management processes*
   - *Experience with build scripting and automation*
   - *Basic knowledge of IBM WebSphere Administration*
   - *Knowledge in Oracle DBMS SQL Language*
   - *Experience with at least one commercial software product used for
   configuration engineering*

*Qualifications:*

   - Create and diagram business processes
   - Design and implement build procedures that are used to support
   hardware/software product development and use
   - Train hardware/software developers in the use of configuration
   management tools and the implementation of quality standards
   - Scripting in various languages
