Partners with users to identify, evaluate, and develop systems and procedures which are cost effective and meet user requirements. May plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business, systems, or application issues. Education: 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience. Experience: 4+ years experience in business analysis, requirements definition, building systems solutions and deployment of business requirements to information systems. Skills and Knowledge: Working knowledge of building system solutions or business applications. Collaborative, customer-focused and able to create visible value. Specific Requirements 4-6 Years on PeopleSoft Financials Experience working with PeopleSoft 8.8 Financials This position will generally support Projects and Contract. Experience with those modules required. Experience with T&E, AP, PO, AR, AM, GL, BI a plus but not required. Primary doing production support activities - all levels of support from resetting passwords to general inquiry questions to researching program errors. Must respond to customer support calls within designated SLA. Some development activities - developing new functionality per user requests. Must have good customer service attitude.
