Have 3-5 years of Lead appariser experience of CMMI appariasals(Class A, B, C) and have CMMI Lead appraiser certification by SEI. Able to carry out assement, collect the data, publish the gap & reccommendtaions 2. Have lead the CMM appraiser and also have participated as meber in other appraisals at client onsite locations 3. Have experience on Master system development lifecycle/methods from requirement engineering to final Integration/ Validation and Release. The lilecycle includes both the design of new systems as well as the maintenance/evolution of existing ones 4. Have experenc on SW development & SW process improvments 5. Have experince on SW Quality management & have developed statsical charts 6. Have 2-5yeas of TMM consulting experience in assessing & improving SW Testing/Validation process 7. Have experience in support functions such as defect management, configuration management and traceability 8. Have SW development experience in Agile methodolgy 9. Have experience in SW changemangement, continuous intergration & continuous development *Desirable:* 1. Knowledge of improvement frameworks/standard like CMMI or TPI is highly desirable 2.
