Excellent working knowledge on Oracle PeopleSoft Benefits. 2. Must be skilled to configure Base Benefit and Benefits Administration Modules. 3. Should be familiar with Benefits eligibility and event rules as well as have an understanding of the HCM data and setting up Benefits configuration tables. 4. Solid foundation and working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM Module business processes as they related to Benefits, such as Core HR, North American Payroll, Commitment Accounting, etc. 5. Must have solid understanding of external vendor interfaces 6. Public sector and higher education market experience is preferred. 7. Solid understanding of the federal Affordable Care Act, preferably with experience, is preferred. 8.
