Role: Oracle SCM Functional consultant with Demantra Sunnyvale CA Duration: 6+ months *Primary Responsibilities* · Engage with the business users at different levels to understand business needs and help business to define solution roadmap. · Reviews and validates functional designs for business requirements. · Validates test coverage/scope. · Demonstrates persuasive communication with cross-functional partners. · Negotiates with cross-functional stakeholders. · Identifies inefficiencies, proposes improvements. · Provides relevant contribution to system/process discussions. · Implement best practices/processes/tools. · Effectively manages multiple assignments. · As a project delivery lead to ensure quality and reliability of applications / software services. · Lead cross-functional business and system process improvement teams. · Lead or participate in formal IT process improvement efforts. · Leads efforts in evaluation and selection of third party software, vendors and/or service providers. · Evaluates cost and financial implications. · Manages one or multiple job function · Aligns, collaborates with organizational objectives, management direction. *Job Qualifications * *Required Skills/Experience:* - 8+ years of strong experience in functional design and configuration on Oracle Supply Chain Modules : *Demantra, Rapid Planning / Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Item & BOM MDM, Order Management, Shipping Execution, iProcurement, Purchasing, Inventory, WIP, and Cost Accounting.* - In depth knowledge of upstream application footprints in Quote to Cash & Procure to Pay tracks and all integration points with Oracle VCP application modules. - Experience in outsourced manufacturing and service logistics environments. - Experience in B2B integration to automate Supply Chain processes. - Deep understanding of multi-org, multi-country, multi-currency specific setups and dependencies in Oracle R12 systems. - Strong experience in preparing BRD (Biz Requirement), MD50 (Functional Specification), BR100 (Configuration), and Training Materials. - Experience in Oracle Application Implementation Methodology(AIM). - Ability to evaluate architecture impact on solution outcomes. - Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, messages. · Should have played lead roles in 2+ ERP implementations. - Excellent relationship management skill. - Knowledge of general application architecture, databases and basic technical skills. - Understanding of Supply Chain BI Analytics / APCC. - Experience in High Tech / Networking business domain. - Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems or related experiences.
