*Requirements:*

• Prior test manager experience in MS Dynamics AX implementation.
• Prior hands on experience with the Field Service Automation (FSA) tool.
• Understand all facets of the MS Dynamics AX implementation including but
not limited to Test Data Management, Data conversion and migration, FSA
automation (web and mobile), Performance and automation.
• Strong knowledge of the testing fundamentals.
• Hands on experience building base test suite, assessing automation needs
and regression needs.
• Experience in Coded UI or QTP automation framework.
• Prior Retail/Utilities domain experience is a plus
• Responsible for all the testing activities for the MS Dynamics AX
implementation.
• Effectively communicate with the program leadership and the stakeholders
on various issues related to testing.
• Create and monitor progress report.
• Define program test strategy for multiple roll outs.
• Lead multiple test leads, automation lead and performance testing leads.
• Good organization and time management skills
• Good communication skills to interact and present findings to team
members, customers, management and support personnel
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills for interacting with project and task team
members
• Good ability to handle activities on multiple projects and tasks within
the same or different accounts
• Ability to work independently with integrity
• Ability to work in a team environment, even when remote support is
required
• Ability to deal with and manage change
• Ability to participate in various formal and informal professional
development training sessions and established quality assurance training
• Ability to complete assigned responsibilities in a given timeframe within
a given budget
• Ability to handle multiple project and task responsibilities
