*IT CHANGE ANALYST*- 1 outstanding candidate - Change Management Analyst is responsible for maintaining a structured change and configuration methodology for UCOP Information Technology Services Infrastructure, Application, and Data Services, Release Management, Quality Assurance and Client Services groups. This role is responsible for administering the change management process for all changes in the Information Technology Services and Cloud Hosted environments (i.e., UCPath - Oracle Managed Cloud Services, etc.). Requires thorough knowledge of ITIL Change Management concepts. A high and broad degree of knowledge in basic IT application and infrastructure architecture. 5 years of experience working in a Change Analyst or Manager capacity. Prior QA and Release Management experience a plus. College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems and/or equivalent combination of work and experience.
