Responsible for bugs and defects lists for review with IT and BU team. Oversee and coordinate updates to Corporate and Agency Portals, including targeted messagng and regular data uploads. Work with IT and testers to ensure all updates and enhancements are validated and working as designed. Represent the Business in Agile Backlog Grooming and Daily Stand-Up meetings.
