*MUST HAVE:*
- PMP certification
- 5+ years transition/project management experience
- Experience managing at several recent project with SAP
- Experience managing SAP integration projects where a non-SAP
company/ERP was integrated into an SAP environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the
following;
- Speaking publically
- Handling difficult conversations
- Setting of expectations with clients and project resources
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence when dealing with clients and
project resources
- Self-motivated and self-directed; capable of working independently
with minimal direction
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science,
Engineering or related degree, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Tools (including
PowerPoint, Visio and Access)
- Familiarity with server technologies, internet technologies, or
enterprise project management is desired
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and lead several projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills
*NICE TO HAVE:*
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certification
- ITIL V3 Practitioner Certification
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or
other relevant field
- Experience implementing off-shore IT teams
