SDLC: understanding of software development life cycles, and how and when
to apply them
PMLC: understanding of project, program, and portfolio management
principles, and how and when to apply them, including but not limited to
cost estimation, schedule management, scope management, and quality
management
IAM: understanding of identity and access management principles, and how
and when to apply them
RBAC: understanding of role-based access control principles, and how and
when to apply them
Business analysis: elicitation, documentation, and refinement of business
requirements
Systems analysis: translation of business requirements to functional
requirements, and vice versa
Technical analysis: review and recommendations of existing and new
processes, including gap analysis
Data analysis: identification and analysis of relevant data for business
case development and troubleshooting
Ability to communicate well with both business and technical personnel
Ability to foster, forge, and maintain relationships for the purposes of
collaboration and cooperation
Ability to communicate well in verbal and written formats, including
reports, presentations, and in-person
