*Additional Skills:*
· Working experience as an architect and technical lead in
development of Java EE with Spring components.
· Superior ability to articulate technology concepts.
Superior communication skills, both oral and written. Able to adjust
communication to audience, 'upstream' to business customers and
'downstream' to development teams
· Ability to provide technical guidance and expert opinion for
development teams on the choice of tools and frameworks.
· Develop prototypes when necessary, and participation in
code reviews.
· Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
· Analysis of system component performance and providing
solutions to performance problems.
· Three years minimum experience working as a Solution
Architect in providing custom solutions to business problems. Ability to
work with business owner to successfully translate business requirements
into technical options, architecture and systems.
