Experience with SQL Server and at least one additional database technology: DB2 (v8.0 or greater), DB2 query, and DB2 Connect, Oracle. Experience working with messaging including one or more of the following concepts: message queues, SOA, web services, and .NET services (windows services). Ability to translate functional designs into technical designs, and conversely to translate complex information into common terms. Must be a strong technical leader who can prioritize well and has the ability to work in environments with competing and alternating priorities, with a constant focus on delivery. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Well organized and is an exceptional communicator with his/her team, peers and leadership.
