Assists project team with requirements completion Review, analyzes, and evaluates business infrastructure needs Develops technical designs to meet project requirements Works with compute, network, and voice engineering resources as needed, ensuring that end-to-end infrastructure design is completed Presents design for Engineering review, completes updates/revisions as needed Partners with other teams to complete Technical Design Document Responsible for ensuring that the designed solution addresses all business and system functional and non-functional requirements Flushes out and solves environment, capacity, and standard issues Aligns with platform standards Follow through exception approval for non-standard designs Responsible for implementing and validating design *Basic Qualifications * 6 years overall IT experience 3 years experience developing IT infrastructure solutions as a lead engineer/architect 3 years experience in IT infrastructure implementation or lifecycle development 5 years experience in Windows server automation 3 years experience in Powershell scripting *Preferred Qualifications * Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Systems Management, or similar technical field 8+ years overall IT experience 4+ years experience developing IT infrastructure solutions as a lead engineer/architect 4+ years experience in IT infrastructure implementation or lifecycle development 4+ years experience in managing IT infrastructure delivery Proven experience and knowledge of current trends in following technologies: Windows, VMWare, Data/Voice Networking, Storage, Data Security, Databases, Data Center Facilities, Java, or .APS hosting Capital One Experience *Tools/Technology Knowledge (Wished) * Linux Github Jenkins/Hudson Java Mongo Ruby Python Openstack Ansible Puppet Chef Maven Nexus Pe -- Thanks & Regards!
