Transition several of the CA Unicenter components to Service Desk, Request Fulfillment and Asset Management Cloud Services components. Integrate the cloud based service management components with the existing CA IT Client Management (CA ITCM) and CA Network and Systems Management (CA NSM). Responsibility for managing asset management and configuration management. Responsibility for Service Now implementation and use in the enterprise *Required Skills:* PMP certification ITIL v3 certification 8+ years’ experience working with CA Technologies software products especially CA IT Client Management and CA Network ( CAITCM) and System Management (CANSM) 5+ years managing an IT team supporting a IT Management System, asset management and configuration management. Experience implemting ITIL v3 processes and procedures. Experience transitioning a client from CA Unicenter to another Enterprise IT Management Tool Experience with ServiceNow SaaS *NICE to have:* Experience working with the General Services Administration.
