*Roles & Responsibilities:-*



*With strong Business knowledge should be capable of interacting with
Business, Developers, Testers and PMOs. Capable of understanding new
process and system in short period. *

*As a  Scrum Master, assist Scrum teams with scheduling and facilitating
Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Daily Stand-up meetings*



*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*



   - *Experience in Performance testing using HP Loadrunner/Performance
   Center *
   - *Sound knowledge of Baseline, Load, Stress ,Volume, Endurance and
   Scalability testing in SAP environment using HP Loadrunner/Performance
   Center*
   - *Expert in LoadRunner scripting using SAP GUI, SAP Web and SAP Click
   and Script Protocols.*
   - *Experience performance testing in an SAP environment covering all
   major modules including SAP Portal, BI-BW,WM, FICO, MDG, SD,PP,MM, Fiori
   Apps*
   - *Expertise in LoadRunner scripting using SAP GUI, SAP Web ,HTTP/HTML
   protocols.*
   - *Can analyze Test Results using various monitoring tools such as Wily,
   HP Sitescope.*
   - *Checked for Network Bottlenecks using Network Delay Time and Vuser
   Graphs.*
   - *Experience in understanding application performance requirements,
   developing performance engineering strategies, wide-ranging exposure to
   complete performance testing using the protocols and usage of performance
   monitoring tools.*
   - *Experience in developing Performance Test Plans, Scenarios,
   Performance Scripting, Performance Test Execution, Monitoring, Analysis and
   Reporting observations.*
   - *Experience in Code review of test scripts to check conformance with
   coding standards and validation logic.*
   - *Experience in SAP Workload analysis using SAP TCodes ST03N, STAD etc.*
   - *Experience in analyzing performance metrics using standard SAP
   T-codes like ST12, ST03N, SM50, STAD etc.*
   - *Good at bottleneck identification, End-to-End Root cause Analysis on
   performance bottlenecks.*
   - *Good at monitoring all the servers at the time of test execution.*
   - *Ability to lead, work in a team or work independently.*
   - *Hardworking with an enthusiasm to learn new technologies.*

Management activities.*
