Technical Interview: After the interview questions below that they need to pass, they technical personal interview will be SQL querying tests. Can they create SQL queries with joins (not simple joins). Will be given different tables and need to create queries from them, depending on what the tech lead asks. Carries out various methods of testing including manual, batch and automated to ensure that all information systems products and services meet minimum company standards and end user requirements. Tests software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Documents and works to resolve problems. Reports progress on problem resolution to management. May recommend improvements to current procedures. Performs work flow analysis and recommends quality improvements. 1 – What are the top three technical skills this person must display? • Minimum four + years’ experience testing interface engines. • Strong ETL experience and bulk transaction processing experience. • Experience in Talend, Sterling Integrator, JDA, AS400 and Sonic MQ Message Manager. 2 – What are the top three soft skills this person must display? • Analytical & critical thinking • Very good communication to all levels of management • Multi-tasking 3 – What is the business purpose of the project this person will be supporting? V11 Exchange Platform Testing: Ensures system requirements are satisfied for internal and external application users. Ensures assigned project testing is complete and testing risks are identified prior to implementation. Manages the defects from identification to closure through the Software Life Cycle.
