*Please forward resumes to ar...@eurekatek.com*<Email:kumar.janja...@its-incorp.com> * Title: Senior Business Analyst RATE: $40.00 Location: Troy, MI Duration: 9 months contract * *Specific Requirements: * · This individual must be experienced in facilitating evaluation of business requirements for business application integration, service activation, delivering new or modified software systems enhancements. · They must also possess experience in the development of scope, goals, objectives, and business and system requirements while ensuring complete traceability to project objectives. · This individual will uncover client requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, case analysis, workflow analysis, functional decomposition analysis, data and object modeling. · Documentation skills (e.g. recording of meeting minutes, development of requirements, design and business process documents) are required. · Exceptional soft communication skills are required as this individual will work closely with both business and technical clients in challenging situations. · Expectations are that candidates will exhibit role model behavior to raise the level of skill within the Business Relationship Management team; ability and willingness to coach and mentor other Business Analysts is required. · Must be able to drive end-to-end production support incident management which includes identification of impacted areas/applications, coordinating client engagement and communication and driving the completion of root cause analysis. · Must be able to concurrently manage multiple initiatives with conflicting priorities while maintaining composure and a professional demeanor. · Must support the compilation of various management reports on an as needed basis. *QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: * · Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field -or- 10 years equivalent work experience is required. · 5 or more years of business analysis experience. o Experience in gathering requirements, functional design, and documenting business processes. · 5 or more years of experience in facilitating evaluation of business requirements for business application integration, service activation, delivering new or modified software systems enhancements. · 5 or more years experience performing within the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). · Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Visio. o Must be able to create detailed charts and graphs and work with pivot tables. · Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills o Candidates selected for interviews, will be required to supply a representative sampling of their work in the form of business requirements and memorandum directed to senior management.
