*Basic Entry Requirements:* • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or scientific field, with 7 (seven) plus experience in engineering, information technology, or equivalent business experience. • Candidate should possess basic knowledge of one or more business process methodologies (e.g. IDEF, RUP, Six Sigma, ISO) and design packages (e.g., Provision, Mega, Aris, BPwin), and basic understanding of the software development lifecycle. • Candidate should be able to participate in the conceptualization, analytics, planning and understanding of business process and model development, as well as software development, and translate results into structured methods with little guidance. • Ideal candidate will possess the above plus previous airline experience.
