* Expertise needed:*
a. Expertise in designing, defining, consumer facing portals
i. client has about 80 million customers
ii. They are the largest photo sharing and printing
company.
b. Current Technologies: Tom Cat, Linux, Java, Javascript, REST
c. They need a mix of solution architects, Tech leads,
i. look at high level requirements,
ii. get to a detailed analysis to a level that it could
be implemented
iii. They would be responsible for making technology
choices. (Like Flash or HTML5
for
UI)
iv. They should be independent starters
v. They have to be great problem solvers
vi. They have to be hands on in terms of technologies
and implement code.
d. The team should be a fix of people with expertise on- any one of
these areas
i. Social Media Platform development
ii. Mobility expertise – design for tablets
iii. Front End Technologies
