**The Mission:*
This highly visible and increasingly critical position will be responsible
for supporting, administering and developing all BI and Data Warehouse
initiatives company-wide. The platform used is the Microsoft BI Stack of
Tools including SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, SQL Server 2005, 2008 and 2012.
*The Leverage:*
*You will need the following skill sets in order to meet if not exceed
expectations:*
Strong background in ETL (SSIS) and integration services
OLAP Technologies for building Cube Models
Ability to develop complex Stored Procedures, Queries, Views, Triggers
(T-SQL)
Strong SQL Server Database Architecture within a Data Mining, Data Mart
and Data Warehouse environment
Ability to utilize SSRS to its fullest to design, develop and implement
reports for departments including the CFOs group, Marketing and Human
Resources to name a few.
Business Intelligence Ability to create dashboards, scorecards and
overall reporting
*As a DBA you will also need the following to succeed:*
Production Support and Maintenance of multiple database platform
(backups, restores, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, tuning)
Implementation of Replication
