*JOB SCOPE: *

Our client has launched a global Sales Excellence program that is driving
global common sales processes enabled by Salesforce.com As the Global Sales
Excellence Program moves forward, the divisions are required to clean up
their data records in preparation for data migration into a new global
instance. In the new global instance, the business stakeholders have agreed
to align their broker and client records to standard hierarchy structures.


In the current North American version of Salesforce, business units have
been entering broker and client data independently without any consistent
hierarchical alignment
Therefore there are multiple entries of broker records that need to be
reviewed, merged/consolidated or deleted as necessary and aligned to the
targeted 4 level broker hierarchy.



·         North America’s current Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME)
will be taking a leave from approximately mid-August though the end of the
year

·         North America division is looking for a resource to help
accelerate and support the clean-up of data records and to transition into
the Salesforce SME role to provide local expertise to support business unit
needs.



·         Salesforce SME will help support the training and ongoing support
to end users. Similarly, the SME will participate in the appropriate North
America governance committees for the Global Sales Excellence Program



*Responsibilities: *
Data Clean up Responsibilities
Review and analyze Broker and Client records to help align data to globally
agreed upon standards
Complete analysis and data clean-up activities include the following:
o Identify duplicate records
o Identify incomplete records
o Identify unused records
o Contacting the primary record owner as necessary to clarify broker
related information
Understand the appropriate hierarchy structures
o Map data to the standard hierarchy structures

Document mapping results per directions to enable data migration/loading

*Salesforce SME Responsibilities:*
Serve as the primary NA Salesforce contact as it relates to the following
efforts:
o Overall North America Business Transformation effort
o Assistance with report creation
o Coordinate with team members on the tracking and management of business
issues or change requests
o Provide training support and ongoing end user support as needed,
including webinars on use of Salesforce
Provide ongoing guidance and expertise in the use of Salesforce to support
the GSE program
Help maintain alignment with the Salesforce vision outlined by the
Salesforce Steering Committee
Provide insight into leading Salesforce practices for future enhancements
Follow up with the business units to understand their needs, challenges and
to track utilization and adoption of Salesforce
