Job Description: *ITSM / Service Now (SNOW) Architect:* *Primary Responsibilities:*
*Lead and guide SNOW requirements life cycle* *Lead and guide SNOW architecture life cycle* *Lead and guide SNOW integration architecture life cycle* *Lead and guide SNOW design and development cycles (iterative and agile development)* *SNOW Technical Lead and Go-To person for all SNOW technical questions* *Lead Team of SNOW developers (customization & integration development) and SNOW testers.* *Provide technical leadership to project team to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues.* *Report to SNOW Program / Project Manager (PM).* *Assist PM with inputs to SNOW Project Plans (Scope, Schedule and Level of Effort, …) and other Project Artifacts (example: RAID log and Weekly Reporting)* *Interface with Service Now professional services* *Some Hands on Development (of use cases) and Hands on Testing (of test cases)* *Required Experience: * *3 plus years of ServiceNow architecture, design and development experience. * *8 plus years of IT Service Management tooling architecture, design and development experience (including BMC/Remedy). * *Some experience with ITSM Process Design and IT Services Design. * *Some experience applying industry standard architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and industry standard operating models such as ITIL v3, eSCM, IT-CMF, amongst others. * *10 plus years of overall IT experience.* *Required Skills:* *ServiceNow Process Module Development skills with JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.* *Web based languages, including JavaScript (Server & Client), Ajax, HTML and CSS.* *ServiceNow Architecture, Design and Implementation skills.* *ServiceNow certifications a plus.* *Attention to details, multi-tasking and time management skills.* *Skills and ability to work in fast paced and agile (agile / scrum) development environment.* *Skill and Experience Details:* *Minimum Experience Required:* *Mandatory Skills:* Project Management ADM, Testing, Consulting, IT Functional Consulting, Infra Consulting, Architecting *Desirable Skills:* *Language Skills:* English Language -- Thanks and Regards, Vipin Rajput -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
