*Job Title: Sr Windows Infrastructure Engineer Location: New York City, NYDuration : 6 months* **** GC or US Citizens only **** *Primary Responsibilities:* 7-10 years of experience Manage IT issues and service requests to resolution across the entire IT infrastructure stack, including PCs, laptops, servers, virtualization, storage, networks, remote access, WAN acceleration, and security tools Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for local PineBridge employees, including Executives and Trading Desk for IT Infrastructure related issues Manage IT issues and service requests to resolution Troubleshoot problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user training as required Provide mentoring and cross training of Junior level staff Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade systems hardware, software and related equipment to ensure optimal performance Application Support: provide support to end users about how to use software applications to fulfill business objectives Work as part of the wider Global IT Infrastructure team on global projects.
