Process Design is accountable for managing the accuracy, relevance and adherence of the Network process portfolios. They are also accountable for the process design performance and is responsible for sustaining the gain and identifying future improvement opportunities on the process. Ensures process control objectives are met and enterprise standards are leveraged. *Key Responsibilities* • Focus on process design improvement, including cost and time reductions to make the Network organization more efficient • Creates near and long-term process roadmaps aligned to Network Services • Acts as liaison between enterprise and network-specific operational processes • Identification of process management service levels and goals and adherence to those goals • Management of current state process portfolio, including library development and template/standards creation • Ensures a process control plan is in place • Benchmarks process and ensure alignment to ITIL and COBIT • Develop routines for documentation enhancements and review frequency • Manage service delivery of processes that are used to run network services • Ensures organizational adherence to the tools and process • Communications of process changes • Matrix manage process analysts *Professional Competencies* • Process design experience and background, preferably with Six Sigma experience • Proficiency with MS Office Suite • Proficiency with process modeling tools such as Aris • Ability to work across functional areas to drive continuous improvement • Excellent written and verbal skills • 7 to 10 years of experience in managing the appropriate process *Technical Expertise* • 7-10 years of experience in IT service management processes and tools • Background in process design and reengineering with proficiency with MS Visio • Must have strong technical and analytical skills, including knowledge and relevant experience in systems integration *Other Required Skills* • ITIL v3 Service Management Practitioner Certification and process specific Practitioner Certification • Good written, presentation and verbal communication skills • Problem solving and analytical capabilities • Certified Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or 3 to 5 years of process reengineering experience (DFSS) • COBIT v5 Experience • Experience with LEAN methodologies Please note: Resource absolutely have to have ITIL v3 certification and COBIT backgrounds in order to succeed in the role. -- *Thanks & Regards,* *Rahul Rishu* *RG Talent Inc* 39120 Argonaut way Suite # 157, Fremont CA 94538 Phone : 510-443-0758 Ext-111 Email :*rahul.ri...@rgtalent.com* URL : www.rgtalent.com *YIM/GTalk --> rahul.rishu05* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
