*Role Description: *

This position is for a Converged Network Support Analyst who will be
supporting Data, Voice and Contact Center Networks.

It is for 1st shift in Phoenix with a schedule of Mon-Fri 7am - 3:15pm.

Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP)

Installation experience

Application Configuration Support Knowledge - Infrastructure
troubleshooting

Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience

Experience with Multiple instances of UCCE using ICM to ICM gateways -
Knowledge of adjunct connectivity

CTIOS troubleshooting server side

TCP/IP networking fundamentals

Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management)

Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco would be helpful

Self Directed, Team player, Ability to work with both technical and
non-technical people

In order to foster communication and timely resolution of outages, analysts
located in Bloomington and Phoenix will be located, on a regularly
scheduled basis, in an area where a video camera with phone will operate
continuously. Will have them start in CCW for 2 weeks to address accesses
and then come to Bloomington for 4-6 weeks for training.
