DOE is very education centric. Qualifications and experience must be clearly stated on the candidate’s resume and verifiable via reference checks. • Master’s Degree in Education, Education, Instructional Technology, or related field • 6+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst with Educational project teams within technology or strategic projects. • 6+ years’ experience working with programs requiring Business Analyst skills and educational expertise with a solid background in web-based or distance learning or curriculum design. • 6+ years’ experience designing and delivering innovative, stimulating knowledge transfer programs for diverse stakeholder groups in support of educational projects. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint. • Experience in Project Management (Standards, Best Practices, Terms, Tools) is desirable. • Ability to work well in a team environment with education and technology solutions. • Demonstrated experience with implementation projects with the following characteristics: o High-profile o Multiple technologies and functions o Educational Based o Within a matrix environment o Experience working with educational software and hardware vendors and assessing their educational products. three different position for 3 different projects.
