There is a heavy emphasis on core java as well as integration with Spring; There is also a heavy emphasis on security; • Analyze existing components to determine reuse potential, refactoring as needed. • Must be comfortable with Web Architecture as well as integrating with front-end toolsets (i.e.: jQuery); • Take ownership over component development, producing well-commented code and tests; • Generate technical documentation for each component developed; • Provide support to end-users (other technical staff) as they incorporate common components.
