The Enterprise Mobility Management Engineer (Mobility Engineer) should also have experience with Microsoft Windows Server platforms, Microsoft SQL, Windows PowerShell, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, etc.). Excellent soft skills and a cooperative attitude are a must as well as great organizational skills. Certifications a plus – MCSE, AWEMA, AWEMP, AWEME The primary responsibility of the Senior Mobility Engineer is to develop key strategies that align technology with the Company’s strategic business goals and initiatives while providing device and data security across the corporate mobile device fleet. Fleet consists of 5,600+ corporate-owned mobile devices with extreme and consistent growth expected for the next several years. The Senior Mobility Engineer serves as the interface for business stakeholders involved in mobile software development and device deployment and leverages EMM technology to deliver, configure, and secure physical and intellectual property. *Required Skills (but not limited to):* Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Advanced experience with mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows Mobile, Windows). Mobile application management. Mobile device management. Mobile content management. Mobile email management. Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, etc.). Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and SQL. Advanced skills in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). Ability to interact with all levels management. Ability to lead projects and generate positive outcomes. Process design and implementation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated and reliable. Skill in prioritizing competing assignments. Skill in managing multiple projects, systems analysis, planning and organizing in a timely manner. Skill in utilizing written and verbal communication in the development of reports. Ability to adapt quickly in response to mobile industry changes. Ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing with all levels of management and external agencies to coordinate and implement departmental applications. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
