Strong skills in · performance tuning of SQL. Very sound fundamentals of SQL standards, experience of relational DBMS, · strong understanding of in-memory databases and performance aspects of columns databases. · understand complex PL/SQL procedures and ability to redesign them for Sap hana · Design and develop HANA data models using HANA modeler tool, develop stored procedures using Hana · 2. Roles & Responsibilities – include specific functions/ tasks/ performance objectives - Play a ‘Trusted Advisor’ role to the customer on Technology topics like HANA, Mobility - Identify business value scenarios across different industry domains for presenting HANA - Perform high-level analysis of customer business processes and requirements - Advise solution options based on new emerging technologies like HANA considering - Architect end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements - High-Level overall solution design - Translate system requirements into custom solution specifications for complex and large - Provide direction to development teams for custom solution realization and participate, as · value proposition to business stakeholders · performance/scalability · necessary, in testing, documentation activities · 10+ yrs overall IT experience, with at least 4 years of full-cycle project experience as SAP · functional consultant · SAP HANA certification is mandatory · Domain experience with good understanding of at least one of the core business processes like · logistics, manufacturing, sales, Finance · Good conceptual understanding of SAP technology components like ABAP, BASIS · Conceptual understanding of SAP BW is required · Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience to engage with CxO level · Experience with one or more architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman is plus · Must be able to work with a moderate level of ambiguity · Ability to work under pressure in a multi-task environment. · Masters in Business Management or equivalent educational qualification.
