*Job Title: Senior Healthcare Business Analyst* *Location : Oakland, California* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Job Description: * · Business Analysis · Experience working on Web Application development project · Healthcare experience · Knowledge of Content Management Systems (optional) · Visio experience · Agile/Scrum experience The Senior Business Analyst will provide a diverse range of tactical services to ensure the delivery and maintenance of key systems and solutions. In this capacity, the position will gather requirements, design/redesign business processes, and provide application support to ensure high-quality service delivery. Business requirements gathering activities may include: researching and analyzing data to define business functions, gaining process knowledge, and understanding/defining systems requirements. Business process design/re-design activities may include: maintaining or establishing new business relationships, analyzing best practices in conjunction with internal/external subject matter experts, and making recommendations for business process and operational procedures. Implementation, start-up and application support activities may include: configuration management of systems, troubleshooting issues, developing/implementing change control policies, providing testing and quality assurance for key systems, supporting start-up activities, and training users on key aspects of solutions. *QUALIFICATIONS:* Demonstrates familiarity, knowledge and understanding in gathering/documenting requirements to support solution objectives.
