Operationalize the Extract, Transform and Load activities. Help to document what is expected of the business process teams as it relates to involvement in each of the E,T,L portions of data transformation. Help with how the teams need to perform decision making around the validation activities of each load. Help the teams in decision making for what to do with error or omissions in data. (manual or otherwise) leading up to cut-over. 2. Help to turn these operational procedures in #1 into specific actions for Mock Loads. This would include the formal execution of freeze points and with the decision making logic in #1, i.e. what they will do with data that needs updates or changes. 3. Identify the go live support model for the immediate 2-3 weeks post go live to react to issues that belong to data. How do the teams react in a timely way to these data issues. This is not to be confused with the long term support through Max but concentrates on the three weeks just after cut-over.
