Location : Dulles, VA Duration : Long Term Interview: phone/skype Job Description: The CRM Test Engineer will be responsible for testing the integration of SalesForce CRM. Duties and Responsibilities: · Test the Integration of SalesForce with other applications/components · Design test cases, scenarios, scripts or procedures · Performs tests in adherence to organization’s testing methodology and processes · Identifying defects, prioritize and reporting them accurately · Work with the Developers and Analysts to understand the specific needs of the project/product for testing · Identify Test Cases, conduct test case review/discussions, user story mapping to test cases · Participate in project walk-throughs, sprint planning and estimation. · Prepare Testing artifacts as needed, such as Test Plan, Test Strategy, RTM, etc. · Utilize Quality Center/ALM, QTP/UFT to support test planning and test execution tasks · Develop testing scripts to automate test cases where possible. · Decompose requirements into test cases and identify alternate test case scenarios and maintain regression test suites · Analyze test cases for effective execution: risk-based, manual, automation · Collaborate with cross project team · Execute test cases, including manual, automated, and functional, non-functional, usability performance tests · Uncover and isolate software defects · Apply code coverage techniques (boundary value, McCabe’s cyclomatic complexity, etc.) · Collect test status and effectively communicate defects for new initiatives Required Skills and Experience: · SalesForce CRM · At least eight-year’s experience in ensuring delivering quality software systems, free of defects · At least eight-year’s experience, in test case design and test execution · Proficient with SQL (writing data validation queries) · Ability to perform analysis with limited supervision · Knowledge of software methodologies (e.g., waterfall, iterative and agile) and how it drives design approaches and techniques Preferred: · Financial Services - Knowledge of finance, specifically origination, underwriting, pricing, member communication, treasury functions and servicing · Software Engineering - Knowledge of programming languages, test automation frameworks, operating systems Education: Undergraduate degree in Information Systems or related business or technically oriented degree Samir Reddy Sr. Technical Recruiter 50 Cragwood Rd, Suite 205,South Plainfield, NJ 07080 Direct Number: 980-272-1261 Rider Consulting Inc.
