We are Looking for *Role: System Engineer with Rail Signaling industry like Cab Signal/Speed Code signaling* *Location: Rochester, NY* *Duration: 6 months* *Objective:* Client needs 6 Project Architects for PTC and CBTC Projects *Input requirements from client (prints, instructions, statement of work etc…:* Customer Specifications, Customer RFP, Product Documentation, Safety Documentation, V&V Documentation, Design Reviews, Peer Reviews, application design files, change requests *Deliverables:* *The Project Architect Responsibilities include:* · Design system solution in line with project needs · Identify project gaps and evolution path for solutions · Communicates system solution with customer · Manage system solution throughout project execution · Control internal and external interfaces · Ensure solution components are developed properly · Define application rules and engineering process · Determine system migration and deployment strategy · Integrate solution components into functional system *The Project Architect tasks include:* · Requirements Specification · Architecture Description · Interface Description · Operational Context Description · Support to Requirements Management · System Integration and Development Plans · Support for internal and external Design Reviews · Support for transverse activities including Safety, RAM, V&V, T&C *Skills required: * Project Architects to work on PTC and CBTC projects. The individual should be familiar with communication-based, Distance-To-Go solutions including PTC and CBTC; speed code-based Cab Signaling solutions; and Wayside Signaling and Computer Based Interlocking (CBI) solutions.
